This AOI machine is used to detect stress defects caused by the tempering process of products such as mobile phone glass covers/ back. It mainly detects the defects, such as point, line, block and roller stress caused by the stress concentration during in the chemical glass tempering process of the mobile phone cover glass.
Full automatic design of this Vision Inspection System can not only replace manual detection of defects , improve production efficiency and save production costs , but also easy to access to the production line to achieve one-stop operation .
