This 3D measurement system is composed of a 3D measurement software independently developed by PTC and 3D cameras ECCO_95 series from German SmartRay . In this system, 3D cameras collect 3D images of the CLD inside the motor spring. With the process of special algorithm, it automatically judges whether the object is OK or NG. This system can be connected to the customer’s automatic motor spring production line to measure the altitude difference of motor springs in batches in order to eliminate NG products, improve product quality, production efficiency, and reduce production costs.
