Burst Disc Soldering And Inspection Equipment

This Industrial Scale AOI Equipment is specifically engineered for the soldering of burst discs onto top covers and subsequent inspection of the solder joints. 
Its key functions include automated loading of top covers and burst discs, comprehensive visual inspection of burst discs from both top and bottom perspectives, laser coding on the top cover, code verification, automated soldering of the burst disc to the top cover, CCD-based imaging inspection of the solder seam, dimensional verification of step features at both ends of the top cover, as well as automated unloading and material handling.
By implementing a fully automated soldering process, this system significantly enhances production efficiency and reduces manufacturing costs.

  • The equipment is capable of isolating downstream devices to operate with manual unloading and independent detection, and incorporates stepless speed adjustment function.

  • It performs automatic positioning, coding, and scanning of the top cover.

  • Upon completion of inspection, the optical measuring device displays defect categories and defect locations, while also supporting archival of original image data.

  • The system enables comprehensive statistics on product information, batch details, production quantity, and yield rate. It further facilitates data storage, querying, and export to Excel format.

  • Equipped with robust data query, export, and analysis capabilities, the system features an user-friendly software interface and supports integration with MES (Manufacturing Execution System).

  • An automatic loading module is employed, utilizing robotic handling for top cover placement with anti-misorientation function.

  • The system demonstrates high operational efficiency, achieving a throughput of approximately 1,800 pieces per hour.
