Sintering inspection →Oxide film cleaning→ Resistance testing → Degreasing cleaning → Insulation testing → Overall visual inspection → AGV docking for unloading

Full Automation – Integrated inline series connection, automatically interfaces with upstream equipment for material loading, automatically performs inspection tasks at all process stations along the line, supports AGV docking for automatic unloading.
High compatibility: Flexible line configuration to meet inspection needs for different product types, covering automatic inspection requirements for majority of this product category on the market.
Strong software function: The software offers data query, data export, and data analytics function. It can conduct statistics on production data, batch information and yield. The easily used intuitive interface supports seamless integration with MES systems.
